Overview
Many people call Sekumpul the most beautiful waterfall in Bali, and I find it hard to argue. Several tall falls drop together into one jungle valley, and the sound reaches you long before you see them. The trek down involves steps and a river crossing — it takes effort, which is exactly why it stays quiet. Bring shoes you do not mind getting wet.
A long but scenic drive into the northern hills.
Down the steps and across the river with a local trekking guide.
Time at the base of both falls to swim and take photos.
A well-earned meal at a village warung.
Tired legs, very full camera.
